Cool Springs Periodontics & Dental Implants is a practice committed to helping patients achieve oral health by providing quality patient care in a comfortable, caring, clean & professional environment. Treatment is individualized to meet the needs of each patient. Your first visit will include a thorough periodontal examination, diagnosis of your periodontal needs, and formulation of a treatment plan together with you to meet your specific needs.

Periodontist Heather Ridgway DDS MS, practices a full scope of periodontics with expertise ranging from treatment of periodontal disease and placement of dental implants to cosmetic periodontal surgery and gum grafting. She is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology.

Our office is located at 8119 Isabella Lane, Suite 102, Brentwood, Tennessee. We are in the Liberty Place building off of Carothers Parkway, east of I-65, between Moore’s Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard.

Heather Ridgway DDS MS

Dr. Ridgway enjoys helping her patients achieve a healthy foundation to support and retain their natural teeth. As a board-certified periodontist, she specializes in treating conditions that affect the bone and gum tissues surrounding teeth. She enjoys listening to her patients and creating customized treatment plans to meet their individual needs. She has been practicing periodontics in the Middle Tennessee area since 2008. Dr. Ridgway grew up in the Denver, Colorado area and then attended and graduated from high school overseas.
